Wow. This is incredible. Common Sense and Immenslope No ID on BET's long-defunct program Video LP. Talk about a throwback.
Anyhoo, Common later performs "Soul by the Pound" (with Dion in tow as the DJ) and then they both sit down for another interview. Hit the jump for part 2. They can't get through the interview without talking about Harold's. Incredible.

I cant remember if I was checking for the videos or Madelline Woods.back then..maybe both...nah it was madelline.But wait Sherry Carter was bad too on Video LP.... oh and Rachel Stuart from Caribbean Rhythms..Nice... what happened to the programming over there??

Super throwback, the funny thing is this is the groundwork that was being laid down for many Chicago artists today.
