Dig the Perculator skrbleeps. I'm into it. Y'all realize that shit goes in 10-20 year circles, right? The 80's redo is damn near over (what are the Cool Kids going to do? The good artists adapt - we'll see). Get ready for a transitition to the house, club, techno, electro & dance music influence that swept over the globe in the 90's. In that sense, Kanye and company are ahead of the curve.
Are we going to be getting "jiggy" in the next 4 - 8 years? I hope so cuz recession/depression shit is starting to suck. Crime rates are going to go up with people getting desperate for money. In the meantime, expect hiphop to start getting a little more grimey (reflecting the current state of affairs)...maybe that is good. Personally I am getting tired of the technicolor shit.
